3. Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the user who uploaded or linked the content.
Provide instructions for filing a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a Counter-Notice containing:
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the content after 10 business days unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or this DMCA Policy may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
We act as a service provider and do not monitor all links or content shortened through our platform. We respond only to valid DMCA notices and counter-notices that meet the legal requirements.
